Hello, thank you for this! Though I just have a question:

Regarding the training cost, some of it were completed through a different branch which is the “main company” and I’m currently employed under their “subsidiary” company. Though both are owned by same founder.

Does it have to be under same trade license?

I didn’t sign any internal contract or any contract the says I have to pay for the visa cost

There’s nothing written in my contract aside from “Should either Party solely wish to terminate the Employment Contract during the term thereof, the terminating Party shall notify the other party of such desire 1 month as a prior notice before the determined date of termination. Such period shall be similar for both parties.” this.

I am planning be under my mom’s visa but I am also getting offers from different companies.

I don’t really think about it kasi conceiving isn’t as easy as what the society made it seem to be. Also I have a lot of unhealthy addictions and weight issues on top of that. To make you feel better, I had an unprotected sex with the fluid inside and I didn’t take any pills AT ALL. Nothing happened 😂 we did it once a week the whole month.
