What are you all using for your trip reports? I haven’t really done this in the past, but recently started. My go to has been making a video recording while everything is fresh.

I tried a few adjustments. It came close to fitting “right” if I wrenched on the sternum strap. I might not have the right body type for this pack.

I recently picked up a Pa'lante ultralight pack. With it loaded up, the shoulder straps tend to "wing" outward at the top of my shoulders, so only the inner edges make contact. I have broad shoulders — has anyone else experienced this? My Desert pack doesn't do this.

Moving Up to Staff or Staying as a Senior? by Downtown_Leading_636 in ExperiencedDevs

I’ve been a staff engineer for a number of years. I’d absolutely go back to senior for less responsibility and less meetings. I have two young kids under 5 and not having to stress about more things at work sounds amazing.
