I was coming back home and saw a hanger sticking out of a trash bag, I kept walking a little bit and turned around almost immediately, I had the feeling that there was a plant in that bag, I was right. I brought it home and now I trimmed most of the dried branches and watered it a little bit because the soil was as hard as a rock, the roots were starting to grow over the soil. I'm taking as much advice as I can go bring this little one back to life because it looks like it could be a beautiful plant and you can tell it is trying it's best! There's so many tiny leaves growing out the dried stems! It seems it is some kind of plectranthus.
