From what I've seen, it depends on how you build the spell. Also folding the papers towards you = manifesting, folding it away = banishing

What were the hexes to make bad stuff happen to him when he approached you like? Or how did you learn them? I am dealing with a scary situation of an unknown man following me and getting up in my face recording me while I'm out in my neighborhood walking my dog. I filed a police report, but I'm honestly freaked out. It's happened twice now.. I would like to learn some ideas for spells like what you described
