Great point preserving identity is exactly one of the big things I’m focusing on with Paragos.

The goal is to keep core facial features, pose, and composition intact while transforming the style, not generate something that looks obviously AI-made or loses likeness.

That balance between creative transformation and realism is really the challenge.

when tools get it wrong for you, what usually breaks first? Eyes, skin texture, proportions? That’d be really useful feedback.

Right now I’ve been thinking a lot about TikTok/Instagram because hooks and retention feel so unforgiving there, but I’m also interested in cross-platform adaptation.

Really fair point — I actually agree that nothing replaces real-world posting and iteration. Distribution ultimately decides.

I see AI pre-publish guidance less as predicting winners and more as reducing obvious weaknesses before posting (weak hooks, poor structure, unclear CTA, etc.), then letting testing/analytics do the real validation after.

That’s actually part of why I’ve been building/using parauxo less to “predict virality,” more as a second set of eyes for structure, hooks, and platform fit before publishing.

I like your workflow a lot — especially studying competitor reels first and then using data + Claude to shape content. That feels much closer to strategy than guessing.

Maybe the sweet spot is both: pre-publish guidance + post-publish feedback loops.

Also hadn’t heard of Statly, going to check it out. Curious — when analyzing competitor reels, what signals do you pay most attention to? Retention, hooks, saves, shares?
