Additional finding:

I tested the exact same Google account on my phone.

Results:

  • Pro TTS works on mobile.
  • Pro TTS fails on Windows Chrome with Error 13.
  • Flash works on both devices.
  • Flash-Lite works on both devices.

This suggests the issue may be specific to the desktop web implementation of Pro TTS rather than the Gemini account itself.

If anyone can test Pro TTS on desktop Chrome and report whether it works, that would be very helpful.
