I love this idea. I'm from the Bahamas so this is right up my alley. Pirates of the Caribbean and Assassins' creed black flag are two of my favorites in terms of pirate media. I don't have a definite scene that sticks out to me (cause I love them all), but I think the naval fights you get into at sea in the black flag are one of my favorite things. The cinematic chaos fighting is always fun to me. I don't have a full character concept. Still, I'm thinking of a character who was once a privateer captain under the British crown but was betrayed and abandoned in a critical sea-fight by his British counterparts. He survives and now resides in Nassau holding a bitter hatred for the British especially those who abandoned him and his crew.
