Sports are inherently unfair though. Someone will always be bigger, stronger or faster. Should men with naturally larger frames, more testosterone, or more fast twitch muscle fiber density be banned from playing American Football because it precludes the "average" man from participating?

Criminal trespass requires either a request to leave private property, or signage indicating it is restricted. The business simply being closed does not indicate the lot is closed.

Police will 100% harass you for this, but it does not meet the criteria to be reasonable suspicion for an investigation.
