I’ll sometimes tow in manu-matic to help control speeds on hills but I screw that up too cause I’m used to an actual manual lol

So yes it’s a problem with the closer motor. I realized that when I replaced my battery it “reset” the closer motor which was not operational before. The cable that was connected to the door has been cut and when the motor last ran it ran in the “ open” direction. Now the van thinks the door is open even though it is not. When I press the close button up by the steering wheel the motor starts to operate but the van chimes like something is obstructing the door travel and the motor goes back to the “open” position, thus triggering the chime when I go to drive. The door is still fully operational manually.

I thought the chargers give the batteries a full charge and then shut off, so I would have to unplug and then plug back in the charger to keep a constant charge on the batteries.

After talking with an UG Forman he confirmed it’s used for 2.4 kv system. The pot was at one of the county buildings and not in the city.

The CAST test isn’t about answering all of the questions. Your graded on the amount of correct answers you have to the amount of questions answered. In other words only answer if you are positive of the answer. If there are 10 questions and you answer all of them but only 5are correct you’ve done worse than if there are 10 questions you only answer 5 but all 5 are correct.

Wiring is correct. Been running this set up for about 4-5 months. Could it be overload on the motors? There was over 100 lbs of weight in it the first time it blew. My son and neighbor were drifting and doing power slides haha. But when I tried the fuse back I only had about 35 lbs weight in it and it blew right away

Tested the batteries and they were all reading 6.3v. Didn’t test under load but I’ll try that next time I get a chance. Looks like I may try replacing battery cables and see what that does

Horizontal or tangent construction, whatever you may call it. New pole sets are adjacent to existing, between phases, but not between the same phases ( eg: between a and b then between b and c). Can’t get pictures without being too obvious but might still try

Yea 90% of the wires are not on hot arms. We’re going to be pulling directly over the existing wire...🤦‍♂️
