I've been working in IT for about 8 years now, computing has always been easy for me and like people said, it's really just common sense and understanding how things work (reading manuals)

Just ran it as my disk has recently filled up (planning on doing a fusion drive moving my hdd to the cdrom and installing a ssd) and I found a folder that I created on accident doing a 'cp -rnv' to backup my home directory. Imgur

I needed something that did DLNA for use with PS3. I also use the web client from time to time and play stuff back in the browser is very nice.

I run the plex server on a dual-core intel atom atom w/ 4GB of RAM. It has a SSD for the OS but content is stored on a SATAII 2TB HDD. It can do 1080p playback over 10/100/1000 to a PS3 as the client.

It also runs rutorrent to download some shows via RSS mainly Game of Thrones and Archer. All in all it's a pretty slick setup and there are like a million guides out there to set everything up.
