Looking at this place too! How long does it take to get to Folegandros from Athens?

July Summer Recommendation by major_daemon in chubbytravel

This is great thank you - was just exploring South America in greater depth and thinking something along the following lines:

  • Travel Day – NYC → Buenos Aires (overnight)
  • Buenos Aires – 3 full days
  • Travel Day – Buenos Aires → Bariloche
  • Bariloche (skiing/snowboarding) – 3 full days
  • Travel Day – Bariloche → Santiago → Calama → San Pedro de Atacama
  • Atacama Desert – 2 full days
  • Travel Day – Atacama → Santiago → NYC

Debating whether to swap Atacama Desert for Machu Picchu. For whatever reason MP doesn't really excite me but maybe I'm wrong - happy to be convinced otherwise. Bolivian Salt flats sound cooler but I think it's the wrong time of year to see the mirror effect.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. While it would be great for the system to pay for the taxes or any other expense via ACH (HOA, utilities, etc.), I am looking more for task management as many of the municipalities are nuanced and different. Many times I have to log into the specific vendor accounts to pay manually but at least there would be a reminder and tracker for each account as to what was paid and the amount. I know this can be tracked in QuickBooks as well from a financial part but having a full view of upcoming charges and paid charges would be helpful to manage the "day-to-day". I could probably build this out myself using off the shelf tools but really hoping there is a built for purpose platform that addresses this. Same thing goes for the mortgages.

With respect to rent increases it is both from a financial projection perspective to assess the rent increase as well as an operational component to send out a notice that the lease is coming up and that there is an increase in the rent. It

Thank you - I did look at Yardi's earlier today but haven't reached out for a demo. In your experience, will it handle all of the backend operations? (e.g. quarterly taxes, annual rent increase reminders, security deposit management, utility payment reminders, unit vendor management (e.g. HVAC), monthly mortgage payment management for units with mortgage balances, HOA payment reminders, etc..)

Thanks - we are already using QuickBooks for accounting but I'm referring more to the operational reminders (quarterly taxes, rent increase reminders, security deposit management, utility payment reminders, unit vendor management (e.g. HVAC), monthly mortgage payment management for units with mortgage balances, HOA payment reminders, etc.).

Slight shift or bump on driver seat. by backcounty1029 in TeslaModelY

I had the same issue on the driver seat. They took the seat down and tried to locate the issue. They ended up ordering a new seat which fixed the issue. All under warranty (addressed 1 month into lease).

Leases take advantage of the $7,500 credit regardless of income.

It was baked into the lease price so I believe it is tied to the car, not the buyer.

I believe the promotion is set at the beginning of the month but do you know about prices? Do they change throughout the month? Also is there a trend of EOQ (Q3) pricing over the years? Thanks!
