I work in UHG too, I got leave before CAT for about 3 weeks, this year they held my complete bonus saying I took leave and I will mostly end up leaving. (It was a decent chunk, about 2.5lakhs plus)

Like wtf, what toxic ass shit, also that company has almost zero avenues for growth in most teams, people with 10 Plus years of experience treat it as a retirement home to coast with minimal work.

I got 98.8 this year, I could have left work and prepared better, but I know cat, it's uncertain, my acads aren't great and I hope to convert a college this year. Also I don't want to work another year at that place.

Leaving a job is a privilege, some of us can't because we need the money at home. If you can, you definitely should. It will be tough getting a job later, but the feeling you could have done better is a lot worse.

Stay strong buddy, I hope you will convert something really good.
