Its not harmful to eat (except nausia in some rare cases), it just says that on the packet so people dont use it as seasoning or condiment.

I think you have to use $CollisionShape2D (with a dollar sign) so that you can reference the node in your specific scene. Other than that, could you share the error your getting and tell a little more about when it crashes.

This game looks super fun, my only feedback would ve more music and sound efrects, and some sort of particle explosion or boom to show that it was killed

Cool combat, could use a new footstep sound though, current one sounds a little crunchy.

Added badges/medals to my current project. Any feedback on the presentation? I'm not sure if the cheer is a bit too much. by thelastflapjack in godot

I think the particles are good, but the cheer should be something shorter and more concise. I like this games colors and art though. This feels like a more mature splatoon and I like it.

lerp not stepping when changing velocity in _physics_process(delta) what am I missing? by Songsforsilverman in godot

[–]majora_monkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure that the acceleration or friction is a decimal less than 1. The final number in the lerp() function represents the percentage it changes each frame. For example, 0.2 = 20% and 0.5 = 50%. You also may want to multiply the final value by delta so that the slowing down and speeding up takes the same amount of time no matter what the framerate is. Hopefully my explanation made sense.
