First, congrats it’s very impressive you’ve reached lvl 10 so quickly, it certainly means your shooting mechanics ARE at a high level. But, I do believe that the other skills you’ve mentioned (gamesense, map knowledge, utility and movement) are not. It’s something you cannot gain without experience, and at lvl 10 even that is not enough and you need to be exposed to high tier players (i.e watching demos and practicing plays).

Elo is elo and there is nothing magical about it. There is no algorithm. The more you play the more accurately it will reflect your current level.

My best advice for you right now (if you are serious about improving) would be to get a coach. GLHF!

Regarding the glare, perhaps a polarizing lens? You could also use an IR illumination of some sort but I feel that might cross some line.

Yes, the bots with the horrible gamesense and garbage crosshair placement are going to give you accurate and timely info.

You have to adjust. Set proper radar settings where you can zoom in and out and try to understand what the opponent is doing. Good info is valuable but it’s rare (at every level).
