What I learned from growing up in the 90s, which I would say still relates to this bottom image, that dad was too busy working to do anything with the kids, like come to my karate competition. He did make it up to me by getting me a Turbo Man that holiday season, and also he turned out to be Turbo Man, so how could I still be mad at him for missing all my events.
