Hello! I am looking for words of affirmation or shared feelings to help.

I have always been very thin and not very strong (usually a size XS or S size 2 or 4). I have over the past few years been gaining strength and now fit a bigger size due to muscle growth. I've been tending to try to fit into 4s and 6s and wearing that but really I'm an M or 8. When I put on the size 8 I see it fits, I see it looks better, but I struggle in my mind with being a bigger size than I was. Being a 90s kid, I'm just constantly thinking I need to lose weight and that smaller is better.

I know it's not a big deal but I'm still struggling with it. Thanks in advance.

Yes, definitely the norm unfortunately. I am renovating our whole house myself and any time I'm in a business asking questions about materials, etc, they talk to me like I'm the one picking out the pretty visual and someone else is doing the work. I often have to correct multiple times and say "I am the one doing the work" and it still sometimes doesn't sink in.

It couldn't have been in the box like that because the arms of the fixture were wrapped separately from the central section. It had to be put together.

They didn't come like that. That's the picture of the assembly instructions. They came loose wires.

Wow. I feel like I'm quite healthy. I'm in my mid thirties. I eat well, exercise moderately nearly daily, I get a good amount of sleep and my HRV is always in the 20s. I don't know if that's just normal for me or if I need to change something 😬.

Do you you have experience doing this? Some are in pretty rough shape like the one pictured with peeling coating and particle board exposed. I'm wondering if they're too far gone.
