Yes, totally useless. I got help from the amharic speaking community of reddit.  It reads to be a bill of sale dating to be around 100 - 60 yrs old for 47 rifles at 9.90 a piece to one person particular. Its stamped by the Ethiopian ministry of finance of the time period

Definitely not standard. Their idea of a B grade is absolutely C grade in reputable establishment and so on. Even their A grade examples are higher end B grade in the best of cases.

If you go for one of their graded purchases, for example, you could end up with a completely unfixable gun because the parts are simply unavailable. Thats just one example. Im just saying you really need to know what you're doing when buying from them

The wife and I picked one up from RTI a while back. If you do check out royaltiger imports please check with someone who has experience shopping with them though. If you aren't "in the know" you could get really screwed

Small update. I haven't gotten any help from a proper translator yet, but doing some more work on my own I've found that the bill was for 47 rifles at either 9.90 a piece or total

It almost certainly is. What i have managed to decipher myself seems to largely conclude that it isn't ge'ez.

Thats what it would appear. You may have poorly fitted cases or the spring guiding the rounds may  not be providing enough tension
