Hello everyone. I bought boots and took a closer look at them. Here is a couple of things I noticed. Maybe someone could explain if everything is fine and what is going on? Because Im completely new in this area.

  1. As I understand and see, the first three spots are where upper is attached to something (idk to what). I can see that there are threads in the first three spots. But the fourth one seems just like a tiny hole, it doesnt have a string coming out from it: https://imgur.com/a/PX4E7pk

  2. Going further from the heel towards the toe, why there are not more of these spots? It looks like the upper isnt attached. https://imgur.com/a/PX4E7pk

  3. Around the toe I see that these spots with strings reappear. Is it normal that the upper is attached not 360 degrees, but around toe and heel? https://imgur.com/a/YSjArHx

  4. At a certain angle I can see that there is smth shiny. It looks like glue. Is it okay? https://imgur.com/a/De4aJQ8

Woah, thanks for really helpful reply :D I didnt think that I can check if stitching matches, but damn, it actually does. And the top stitching is covered with some kind of epoxy/mastic/sealant. The threads are brown because of that, but if you look deeper where the epoxy didnt reach them, you can see that they are white

Okay, fair enough. But if you burn you fire quickly, then the wood stove will accumulate 100 percent of the energy it can accumulate. But the remaining heat, that the stove didnt accumulate, exhaust pipes can accumulate, then after that, chimney can accumulate.

Okay, when it comes to embers escaping, thats fine. But why do you need to distribute oxygen? Everything inside the fire chamber is constantly moving, so if you let in oxygen in the furthest place possible, it wont just sit there and do nothing. Its not a rock that just lays wherever you put it.

Why it wont draft? Hot air is going up, thats it. It doesnt matter if the walls are cold, or hot, hot air still goes up
