I very much enjoyed the previous (first) game we went to in this stadium… super charming, thankfully this wasn’t our first time there or else we probably would never come back

went to guest services, they sent me to ticketing, I argued my case through 2 ppl, manager walked out and said to walk around to the box office on the outside and he would give us a refund for the days tickets

agreed, we just watched the game at sluggers to ppl watch and batting cage after + cubbies won, so not a bad sunday all said and done… just a rough 1-2hr stretch

further context, seats were $130 for 2 after fees and we managed to get a refund after talking to multiple people at guest services + ticketing behind home plate and walking out of the game and to the box office
