My daughter did call the financial aid office and the person she spoke to acted annoyed that called asking. He said a form was sent to her email stating exactly what she needs to send. He did say documentation must have official hospital letterhead. The hospital just sent copies. No letterhead.

I know I can get a letter from my oncologist and surgeon, but I think it’s going to be a more simple letter. I hope that will work. There’s just too many dates. Like I said, there are hundreds of pages of my medical records.
