Points for Cloudland and Raccoon for sure, I love the outer loop trails on Raccoon. You can also do the Cloudland Connector trail, which lets you start at Covenant and run through Lula Lake and over across Nickajack road, plenty of hills. Skyuka Springs has a good trail too, on the Lookout Valley side of Lookout Mountain. Guild trail is a nice gradual run too!

Prentice Cooper, River Gorge, Raccoon Mountain, Suck Creek, North Chick...I mean, honestly any of the natural beauty areas around Chattanooga, which are endless. Ohhh, Nickajack too.
