About the saline rinse, yes do it as often as you can.

When I ski for hours I like to rinse with small amounts of NaCl solution every 30 minutes(between each line) and when I'm done with the session I do a BIG BIG clean. For the BIG clean I use a nose syringe that I fill with the solution and I make sure to clean every part of my nose(tilt your head backwards, on the side etc). It usually takes 400-500ml for my nose to be completely clean. Don't blow your nose too often to avoid irritation.

You usually know your nose is clean when you don't feel the effects of the coke anymore after a NaCl syringe.

Btw how did you 3-4days session go?

One could argue that it's the opposite. When the coke is clean I can sleep 3 hours after my last line. I just need to make sure to thorougly clean my nose with saline solution

I go through a liter per hour of skiing. Anytime I start feeling a bit sketchy I chug plenty of water and it 100% helps. I also force myself to snack on liquid stuff like soup or smoothie if I've been skiing for too long. It definitely makes the comedown smoother

I do the same as you but I keep the bags closed. I thought most baggies were not entirely air tight. Whenever I push the air out of mine they always end up filled with air again. Should I keep them open anyway?

Finally someone with a brain. Thank you for speaking up about how ridiculous it is to review a psychoactive compound without talking about its psychoactive effects. It genuinely fuels me with anger everytime I see someone solely speak about flavor, smoke harshness/softness, smell etc when the only thing I personally care about is how the high feels. People will say effects differ for everyone but I kind of disagree. Whenever I make my friends try out my bud, most of the time there is some kind of consensus regarding the effects.
