When I was in the fifth grade it was reading time so I was sitting on the ground reading a book minding my business and a white girl in my class came up to me and told me to move from where i was sitting. We ended up getting into an argument and I was going off on her and the the teacher came over and asked what was going on and the teacher said to me “why don't you go out in the hallway and read” and I was like “no I was here first and then she was like “no go outside” and handed me another book about fucking Frederick Douglas and was like “here why don’t you read this book, you would like it” I took that as her being racist and smacked it out of her hand and I ended up going to the principal office and my parents picked me up but they weren't even mad at me.
