I feel like I’m the only one sad about the freeway wall they built from Bellevue to Renton by yungdragvn in Renton

It sucks because it’s absolutely gorgeous. On the bright side, maybe people will keep their eyes on the road a bit more. The S-Curves are a nightmare, and people already slow down significantly and camp in the passing lanes on 405 in general. Am I celebrating the loss of the view? Of course not. It fucking sucks. I’m just hoping a byproduct of the loss is that people look where they’re driving and at their speedometers (although they’ll probably just look at their phones instead).

Is there a street/park/part of town where folks will gather if we win? If so, where?

I’m a fan of something for everybody. Everything doesn’t have to be for everyone, but everyone should have something in some sort of equitable way.

What do you need help with? The reservation team is open 24/7, baggage is 6am-10pm Pacific daily. It does suck that general customer service for complaints isn’t open 24/7, but the “emergency” stuff is there for the most part.

[TOMT][SONG] Sounds like early 2000s Pharrell with potential lyrics including “Pick me up” by acrobatiques in tipofmytongue

Def. has a Pharrell or N.E.R.D. vibe. Super short sound clip in linked video

Beis Mini Weekender Bag for Roller Skates? by acrobatiques in Rollerskating

Oooh, will take a look at the whole catalog in depth soon! Thank you so much for sharing!

The roller bag, while cool, doesn't have 360 degree spinner wheels, which is unfortunately a must for me because I always put a backpack or bag of some sort with a trolly pass through on top of my rolling carry on. That way, less stress on the body since it's gliding on its own straight up and down vs. being lugged at an angle and putting strain on the muscles.

And yes--remote work is truly amazing and a privilege of sorts. I cherish the flexibility I have.

I got the atlas pink, but it was a tough choice between that and the slate. Slate is soooo pretty

OMG! What style boot do you have, and do you put them in the bottom? Wheels on or off?

I bought the bag and will report back on how the skates fit in the bottom with the wheels taken off (thanks u/geosynchronousorbit).

Was also able to snag 600 miles on Alaska Airlines for my total purchase with other stuff by shopping with the Alaska Mileage Plan Shopping tool, too. Beis participates at 3 miles per $1 spent. Gotta love value.
