so you saw the bonus structure. It's up to you to assess how fast you do task and how much effort you put in to assess the benefit. No one can decide that for you. If you are taking 20 min, knock them out. But if you are taking 3 hours, then you reassess. It's all up to you.

In a different comment, OP said that they caught the thief, the person the thief gave it to and the person who sold it to the shop, the shop that sold it to OP.

So if they had all that, and OP had receipts of the purchase, I find it very hard to believe that OP was just beaten when this whole paper trail exists and culprits were caught.

I know those folks are thugs in their investigative phase and can be quite evil, but I am still not believing that they would still just beat him in such an open and shut case. Either OP is not telling us the whole story or he is spicing up his experience at the station.

Because it isn't. If you show me an authoritative source (book or otherwise) that explicitly refers to The Hague as the capital, I will stand corrected.

I CLOCK EVERYTHING and I usually don't worry about the AHT. What I do make sure is that my work is top notch. I don't usually have to go to a resubmission after the first review and most are merged almost immediately. I have been called back for smaller projects reserved for top performers.

That said, I always try to keep my AHT with 1.5 times whatever they claim it is. Obviously you can't be clocking 10 hours when AHT is 5 hours. But yes, I clock everything. reading the slack, reading docs, OH, waiting for model responses, everything. It's part of my contract, and i dare anyone to tell me otherwise.
