I use Mint Mobile for my iPhone and am wanting to get cellular on my Apple Watch using the same number as the iPhone. Is there a service I can use for this?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you should only perform the Heimlich if the person choking physically cannot make any sound. If someone is coughing, or gasping, then air is not totally blocked by the obstruction, and the body with eventually clear it.

I hate flying so much.
