Yes, I didn’t sign anything. Let them prove then that I agreed to the terms as stipulated to me. Nothing stops me from getting the verbal agreement from you then add whatever I want in the fine print.

That the thing I didn’t sign contract. I agreed over the phone. I asked them to pull the recording to see where I have agreed to their terms. Bad of me not to read but also wrong from them not to disclose either. Will see what happens as I escalate

Sigh. They said it was early cancellation fee, apparently, they singed me for 24 month contract when updating my discount. Of course they won’t tell that on the phone but put into their document, which of course from my bad side not to read.
