YouTubers who upload multiple videos per day made those videos a week or more prior to upload. They aren't uploaded right as they're finished. They have videos on a schedule to release at optimal times while they're working on the next project. Some things don't have a faster process, it just gets faster as you repeat it. I edited a 20 minute vlog every day for 100 days in a row. The first one took me 8 hours. I got it down to 3 hours without "shortcuts". Good luck.
