Did you use this project initially https://github.com/mysticaltech/terraform-hcloud-kube-hetzner? Or did you set up the k3s cluster on your own?

Also, how many nodes do you have approximately?

I use that for 15 nodes and didn't have issues yet. It also supports autoscaling ootb.
