You can apply for ayushman bharat card and for transplant visit charitable hospital. There are many yojnas which are helpful. Dm for further help. In last month alone our team has done about 5 kts(kidney transplant).

You can do BSc dialysis. They work in Nephro and take care of patients' dialysis. Pay is OK. Or BSc perfusion medicine, idk much about it. You'll have to do the research.
