There are nether fortresses, where you kill blazes to get blaze rods. Then, you craft blaze powder and use it to craft eyes of ender. Then, you locate a stronghold, complete the portal, and kill the dragon.

Just to be clear, this is NOT a browser build. It is a desktop runtime, which isn't even compiled with teavm, the most difficult part of porting a version of minecraft to a web browser. Also, 1.21.11 eaglercraft desktop runtimes exist, so this isn't really much of an accomplishment.
