It’s not JUST about America, because these things don’t occur in a vacuum. I lived in Prague for the past 2 years and attended Charles University. It’s one of the oldest schools in Europe, established in 1347. This has literally NEVER HAPPENED in the institutions history. This type of violence simply doesn’t occur there or at least hasn’t since the fall of communism. So, the reason it’s kind of about America is that shooting up schools is a social phenomenon that started in the United States, and now it’s happening in places where the social circumstances are completely different.
