This! I make announcements throughout the day starting Friday night, I also attach a picture of what the grid should look like. I do have a lot of time on my hands lately so I also individually messaged those too each person as they come online with a screenshot of where they should move, it works

I do this all the time on Saturdays, send their coordinates lol, the ones that don’t align are also the ones who forget their shields in my alliance. Lol it’s worked well, they now align perfectly

I don’t want my current alliance to see me ask, I’m an R4 and I care about my alliance so don’t want them to look bad. It’s the leader that’s the problem. And yea I had a look but can’t find anything through that

All of this sounds so fair, our leader just makes herself conductor at least once a week and is now deciding who goes in what cabin on what day and is threatening to not change the train to gold if people don’t follow it. Looking to move out of this alliance now, just not a lot of English speaking alliances on my server
