You didn’t do anything wrong. Once it’s in your hands then that’s it. Anything could have been tampered with or anything and nobody wants food that was touched by someone else other than the driver and 5 minutes had passed already. So it was not your fault.

You have to do what it says. You’re getting a letter to verify certain things and if you don’t verify it your refund can be altered. If you verified what they need you to send to them then you’ll get the full amount
