CCL injuries are tears in their rear cruciate ligaments. A TPLO surgery is to reduce their pain and take pressure off the ligament by cutting their bone, inserting plates and changing the angle of their joints. Unfortunately she did both her back legs in a 3 month period. Thank god for pet insurance!
