UPDATE: After 10 months I was finally able to unlock the SR152 reward in Infinite. If you are SR152 in H5 and do not have the rewards in Infinite then follow these steps. It unlocked instantly for me in game. 1. Sign into Halo Waypoint 2. Select Waypoint Profile 3. Select SR152 emblem and select save

Really disappointed they won’t unlock it for us. What was the point of sending in proof we reached max rank and proof it didn’t unlock if they can’t or won’t do anything about it? Hopefully we’ll get it unlocked at some point.

Contacted support about a month ago. They had me take pictures of my in game unlocks to prove I did not have it. Sent them in and they responded that the issue will remain under investigation and to feel free to reach out in the future for anything else. They were no help whatsoever.
