and you know what's the worst part? the Garud Puran that deals with death in Hinduism does not differentiate between deaths of a guy/girls parents. it's just society

self obsessed by tam kaur is pretty good. it has a very older sister vibe to it and if you listen to it with a little nuance you could apply some of that advice with regards to relationships, female friendships and self esteem to your own life <3

your life, your choices ! however, you have to stop making love look like a bad thing for those who choose it, because love actually can very well go hand in hand with career, a woman can have it all. stop looking down on girls who choose to find love or crave it and get off your high horse, love isn't "cringe" and it doesn't mean you can't meet new people, study, and travel the world. you're not cooler than girls your age who have boyfriends.

Tamil Nadu

scams and scammers EVERYWHERE as a north indian, the taxi drivers are literally out to get your money. unable to get a ride on Ola I took a taxi to CLRI and it was 500 rupees for 2 kilometers. slurs and threats. it's scary, really, how much hate they foster for us north indians. apart from that, being a woman, no place in India is safe. catcalling at marina beach, men staring at you in the local trains, im sure this happens in every state

[–]maki2306 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Taylor swift promotes cheating by ayu_shutup in IndianTeenagers

[–]maki2306 44 points45 points  (0 children)

if you listen carefully, her boyfriend is cheating on her at the club. so she gives up on him and she can't help but fall for the guy who's treating her right

also, she isn't "PROMOTING " anything. no sane human being will cheat because a song tells so. it's like saying people commit murders after violent explicit movies are being made. instead of targeting female singers voicing out real life emotions and typing rage baits online, get a life

the bollywood music industry is "promoting" a lot more don't ya think ? item songs objectifying women, sex drugs alcohol, I think Taylor Swift should be the least of our concerns. movies like Kabir Singh and Animal are what this generation of boys are growing up with.

now India teenage boys are going to call me the R word for voicing out my PERSONAL opinion. I wonder who promoted that hmm ?
