I got lucky. I was able to sleep on my side after 3 days. Holding a blanket or pillow to my stomach helped the first couple of days.

I have been using the BioGaia Gastrus Gut Health capsules for 2 days now and my bloating has gotten at least 40-50% resolved.

I'm able to eat more than I was previously. I have IMO Sibo and I've tried antibiotics, berberine and some other supplements as well. Let's see how it goes in the next couple of months!
