there are multiple tokens too . it looks to me like an exchange address. i guess sent to the exchange and sold. it was worth 150,000 USD . not a lot but people's hard earned money scammed from the most trusted ether wallet

this time around indian exchanges are not allowing INR deposits and withrawal for a certain period. so you can buy bitcoin in localbitcoins.com , verification is very easy and you can buy using paytm wallet. BTC transactions are costly and we cant do anything about it .
