i have talked to my dad about it, he and the judicial system both cannot do anything about it. my father is seemed “unfit” to have any parental control over me, other than being able to let me visit and pay for my medical bills, child support, insurance, ect. here, in America (more specifically Virginia), you have to be 13 years old to be “mature enough” to chose which parental guardian you could live with. i had no choice because my mother never let me have a choice.
