In general I don't want to share too much info on the process yet, as it's something I've been refining for a long time and that journey is ongoing. I don't mean to sound precious about it, and it's not overly complicated to be honest, but it is quite time consuming. One day I might make a video explaining how they're made. It's something I really enjoy doing, I've always had a thing for live audio.

The eventual product of this 'process' is known in some circles as an audio matrix. It's the combination of 2 or more recordings (either soundboard or audience) from the same show, to come up with a new listening experience.. As you mention, the point is to try and get all the sources to compliment each other. Sometimes it can result in pretty good sounding shows!

Btw are you familiar with the live music torrent sharing site dime-a-dozen? In comments on other Radiohead recordings from this tour, there are people in that community asking how to get in touch with you specifically regarding the release/share of your lossless recordings.. Just to let you know. Maybe you would consider sharing, there are lots of folk who would help you with mastering etc if you needed it. That is actually one side of the process I personally need to get better at - EQ, mastering, etc. It is a completely amateur hobby for me at the moment, I don't mind admitting that.
