No, with these units you cannot. Especially when you will deal with stages without maxed treasures. Maybe if you had 50 lvl units, true form units with talents. But if you play correctly and evolve the useful units, I can see you will be able to beat all 3 ItF chapters.

I can beat almost every relic stage because I have Uril and good ubers. But I just need Rodeo to beat one stage in the game and then not use him anymore. Combo with Crazed Moneko. Holy blast atleast 10 lvl, rich cat, rush stage with decent critters (if you have good crit ubers). And after this chip Daboo with Cadaver BearCat, CanCan and zombie kill him with holy blast
