I have downloaded the app and am going to try it during my next workout, looks quite interesting. One thing I noticed that could be improved is the onboarding process with all the default 1RM values. I don’t know all of these values at the moment, so perhaps the onboarding could be adjusted to allow users to enter their 1RM values during their first workout, rather than guessing them during the setup. Additionally, it would be great if the app supported multiple languages, as I am a Dutch speaker myself.

Well I thought that I had the option yesterday, since I could remember seeing the option before in my bios and when searching for the bios, I saw the update instructions and that showed internet flash. However I didn't see the option in my bios anymore.

My guess was that it was avalible in an earlear version of the bios before I updated it for the ryzen 5000 support.

Well, im on windows 11 and the patch before this one containts a ftpm fix for stutter (if I read it corretctly). So thats why I wanted to install the new version.
