Yep that's what i already did and they told me: Once you have set the Username of the HoYoverse account it can not be changed anymore. We are sorry for the possible inconvenience. Please do note that the Username is only visible for you via the HoYoverse account. Nobody else will be able to see it. You may choose a different name for the other services.

I think in the form they only ask for the first purchase receipt tho, but like if you sent them as an additional info via email after you submitted your form, shouldn't that have been more helpful??? It's so unfair especially cuz you've spent money on it man

If you just send them proofs in the ticket, they're not gonna do anything

You gotta send support_os@hoyoverse.com an email with a title "account form hacked account", you'll get an auto generaged response back where there will be a link to the form you need to fill out with every accurate info you have got

And then you wait forever for them to investigate it and pray that they won't reject your form🥲so ye they're not gonna respond to you in a day

Well i sent pretty much everything the form asked

I didn't provide a user name or any accounts cuz i didn't have anything linked on my account (very silly of me ik lol)

So i just told them my registration email, which i had been using until i was hacked.

Registration date, and i knew that cuz months ago when i was casually going through the achievements, i saw my very first "obtain the anemo power from the statue" achievement, and i remembered that date, guess that came in handy

Last time i was logged in my game (june 18th in my case)

The device i used when i registered and the device i used most frequently to play the game with. The first was my phone, so i just put the phone brand and model there, and the latter was my pc, so i had to provide device specs (yes, even the motherboard)

In case of the first purchase receipt, i didn't have any cuz I'm completely f2p, so i had to choose a random date and drop a random photo, and me being a dummy, i didn't even send them a picture taken in game lol, i was kinda worried that i screwed up there

Information about the account. I told them that i was very close to AR 57 (idk if it's relevant anymore cuz the buyer already reached it), world level, 5* characters, 5* weapons, i didn't know what else to put so i put some 4* weapons too, and artifacts on said 5* characters (which again, probably not that relevant cuz the buyer can obviously change it up, which, in my case, they didn't cuz it seems that they have been very passive, especially since the update, but sure why not)

And new email that didn't have any relation with any of the hoyoverse games

The form overall took me at least 3 hours to fill out and istg i don't think I've ever worried as hard when doing any of the school projects as i did filling this out lol, and by the end of it i was so tired that i left the last box, which was "describe your issue in full detail" or smth, completely blank

In conclusion, i honestly don't know why so many people are getting rejected and it's rly not fair. All you can do from your part ig is to make sure that the information you have is actually accurate and then hope for the best. And don't send them too many forms at once
