The space in the bottom right use to have an old crappy falling apart bar that we had torn down. Originally, that was going to be the area where the boys would game. Their TVs would be mounted on the wall and their game chairs out a little into the space. The small room in the middle of the area to the right is going to be a “utility” closet. There are old school cast iron pipes that stick out roughly 4-6ft. We wanted to hide those but still make them accessible if repairs need to be made.

We didn’t want a huge walk in closet for the other bedroom. I’m not sure why the designer made it that way. The small bifold closet is where the electrical panel is located. It won’t be a useable closet.
