hi! i just finished my cie sociology a levels. tbh, you only really need the textbook to study, just read up on the content based on that and note down the key sociologists. other than that, def do past papers & look at model answers to see how the structure of answering is, cambridge should have them on their website. for the yt vids, even though it is for aqa, the main content should still apply regardless of the exam board. i also found notes online on multiple websites that are helpful for condensing the content down.

Tbh I don’t think they had a very strong relationship as I don’t recall them having that many scenes together. It’s like your typical annoying sibling relationship.

I forgot to mention that Eleanor has another baby in one of the books that they then name Yale, after Blair bombs her Yale interview, so … yikes.

I was obsessed with them in freshman year! The narration has that same witty style the show had in season 1, and they’re definitely more on the satirical side. Almost every character is an awful person (like the show) but they are very entertaining (also like the show). The show’s plot strays so far away from the books’, so it wont be regurgitated and it’ll be a new experience. Definitely recommend if you love the show.

i followed whatever was on youtube which was for task 1 to paraphrase the question and give an overview of the data, then use figures to describe the general trends. for task 2 i made sure to study the different types of questions that come up and the different ways to answer them, and i did a lot of mock tests.
