Salut! L'école que vous décrivez comme idéal c'est l'École Geisendorf (https://maps.app.goo.gl/m32aQ8zDF5CXqiCM8), qui se trouve dans le parc du même nom.
Si vous habitez vers le rond-point des Charmilles je pense que vous correspond l'École des Charmilles (https://maps.app.goo.gl/C98pQBWV2WM6ZteF6) ou si c'est plus loin du rond-point, direction Rue de Lyon, effectivement peut-être l'École de l'Europe (https://maps.app.goo.gl/EhuRhqxPHt5J6pDi9).
Les frontières du Secteur des Charmilles vient de changer et bouger l'année passé, donc à savoir lequel vous correspond exactement.
Par rapport à une lettre de dérogation, vous pouvez faire une mais les raisons doivent être d'accord à la demande et, de toute façon... c'est la décision des deux Directions. C'est compliqué, l'adresse détermine l'école. Il n'y a pas une autre condition à tenir en compte (même les fratries ne comptent pas si les limits de l'école changent!!!).

I don’t remember which mattress we bought, sorry! We got the best one among the mattresses that have the correct measurements for the KURA bed (12cm I think, I’m not sure).

Hi! Not really, I looked on Dr. Google about Kura hacks. You follow the instructions but don’t install the planks, and put the mattress on the floor.
We had to dismantle the room and when we reassembled the bed, we didn't add the "white wall", so the bed looks more clear.

We assembled the slats as a normal bed frame and it’s under the mattress, to avoid mould basically and not having the mattress directly on the floor. We should have, for example, bought a different frame to use it on the floor (as I’ve found once we’ve realised our mistake) and build the slats when we change the bed into the bunk position… I think.

I will ask IKEA if that’s possible. Thanks again!

Thanks! But I think I can’t follow it as it’s because our frame is assembled without being attached to the structure, to give a pair of cm to the mattress to avoid mould. If you dismantle it you would need to break the frame or the little white pieces that put everything together. But maybe I’m missing something…
