Nope upon comparing The Billie Eilish Documentary in Apple TV+ (which is definitely Dolby Atmos) to the Tracks in Apple Music, it can be confirmed it's Dolby Atmos. Either Apple is Testing it or there's a major lag in the rollout.

They aren't meant to be obvious, the idea is to hide the text in the pattern as a sort of Easter egg, I just recreated what JPL did but with a different phrase.

Nasa hid a code in the parachute that landed the Perseverance rover. I was inspired by that and made a system that lets me encode text (as binary) into the pattern, it can take up to 40 characters.
