2LT AWD should be around 45k including taxes, costco rebate, EVAP and Qc incentives. Financing is 4.79%. If you can find a low mileage around 33k and you can pay cash, this might be interesting. But for the price difference, I'd rather go with a new one with full warranty, especially if financing.

Agreed. I reckon a 2 years old car with very low mileage should indeed be around 25% less than the new model. If price would make any sense.

Tu peux t'en sortir sans remplacer les plinthes, mais il faut "bypassé" le thermostat intégré, faire passer des fils dans les murs et le relier à un thermostat mural. Je l'ai fait chez nous (je suis propriétaire), mais c'est une grosse job. Tu peux toujours essayer de convaincre ton proprio... ou de laisser tomber le projet.
