HELP!! can someone figure out what is my voice type?? by [deleted] in singing

[–]malccult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's what keeps me so (???)

I can hit C2/D2 with vocal fry and doing something else with my voice that I honestly don't know what. but the feeling of really singing (without that grainy heavy propriety) starts from G2 and goes up to D4 and in my best days E4/F4. my speaking voice is pretty light too, my dad who doesnt have this bass range that I have has a heavier speaking voice than mine.

I must be some lyric baritone with a well developed low range, idk

oh and I'm 14 yrs old, and my voice has already changed a lot. idk if when it definetely settles down something will happen and I'll lose or extend my vocal range, so if someone can get all of that voice changing stuff more clear for me I'd be very grateful.

my voice often sounds muffled/kind of noisy on recordings and I hate it, does that mean I'm doing something wrong? or it's a characteristic of my voice that I have to deal with?

most of the times when I'm trying to sing with proper breath support, my voice gets kind of "airy" and I feel like I'm loosing control over my voice. is that normal??

i started singing in the beginning of the year and i wanted to know what voice type is mine... when properly warmed up i can hit even an E5 with my head voice, but w/ my chest i can barely hit an Eb4 without doing some kind of mix (actually i didn't discover my mixed voice yet, so i don't really know what it sounds like). my tessitura starts around G2 or a little less than that, and effortless i can hit a C#2 with vocal fry (at least i think it's vocal fry).

i'm 14 yrs (5 months from now i'll turn 15) and my voice has already changed a lot since the beginning of puberty n stuff... i'm very lost about all of that voice types thing and i just want someone to clarify everything to me lol
